VE team helps boost profile of early-season basketball tournament
Given the abundance of early-season college basketball tournaments, the emergence of the Naismith Hall of Fame Series has brought together some of the best programs in the country competing against each other. Venue Edge (VE), a leader in creative media and sports entertainment production, has delivered motion graphic production and support for all five of this year’s Hall of Fame Series events including the final series of games at Mortgage Matchup Center in Phoenix, Ariz., on Saturday, December 20, featuring Stanford versus Colorado, and Arizona against San Diego State.
“Venue Edge has been an incredible partner for Position Sports and the Hall of Fame Series,” Position Sports President Melissa Meacham-Grossman said. “Their team creates city-by-city, tailored in-arena graphics that truly bring the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame brand to life. From engaging fans in the building to clearly signaling to television audiences that they’re watching a Hall of Fame event, their work elevates the entire experience.”
Over the past three years, and in association with Position Sports, Venue Edge has delivered design and animation and graphic production support to each of the Hall of Fame series games, typically featuring at least five games per season. This year’s series expanded to include a game played at the Intuit Dome, the new home of the NBA’s Los Angeles Clippers, along with games on the East Coast of the US.
